She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Blanchard and Dorothy Waguespack Blanchard; her siblings, Dale Blanchard and Gail Blanchard Ledet; and her brothers-in-law, Shannon Ledet and Earl Bergeron.
She is survived by: her husband Keith Theriot; her daughters, Suzanne Boudreaux (David) and Jennifer Trahan (Keith); her grandchildren, Austin Guidry (Taylor Gonsoulin), Nathan Guidry, Justin Boudreaux and Jordan Boudreaux; and her siblings, Glenn Blanchard (Debbie), Keith Blanchard (Linda) and Janice Blanchard Bergeron.
