It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Levans Pontiff Jr. of Houma, Louisiana, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Levans Pontiff, Sr. and Ethel Pontiff; his sister Paulette Malbrough; and his former wife Virginia Arceneaux Pontiff. He is survived by: his wife Roberta H. Pontiff; his sons, Monty James Pontiff (Vicki) and Robert Joseph Pontiff; his grandchildren, Meriden Pontiff, Breah Miller (Ryan) and Benjamin Pontiff; his great grandchild Hazley Dupre; and his siblings, Abel Pontiff (Judy) and Alice Quatrevingt (Raymond). He is also survived by six nieces and nephews; and eleven great-nieces and nephews.
