She is survived by: her husband Charles Bryan Rice; her children, Jared Dewayne Parten, Brittany Layne Parten Robinson (Cary), Abigail Marie Rice and Audrey Helen Rice; her grandchildren, Emma Brooke and Cary Jesse D. Robinson; her parents, Calvin E. Mills and Fleeta Mayatt Mills; her stepfather Larry Smith; and her sisters, Rhonda Taylor (Jimmy), Gina Mills and Chris White.
