He was predeceased by: his wife Kathryn "Kathy" King Gautreaux; his parents, Leonce Gautreaux, Jr. and Inez LeBlanc Gautreaux; and his children, Leonce "Lonnie" Gautreaux IV and Mary Anne Gautreaux.

He is survived by: his children, Tim Gautreaux of Houma, Kathryn Ourso (Chip Ourso) of Houma and Rebecca Cenac (Matthew Cenac) of Houma; his grandchildren, Jacob Ourso (Meagan) and Sarah Ourso; his great grandchildren, Jack and Sophia Ourso; and his sister Paula Gautreaux Grasso (Charles "Boo" Grasso).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Haydel Memorial Hospice, Homestead Assisted Living or The Suites at Sugar Mill Point.
