He was predeceased by: his wife Nora Jane Bonin; his parents, Octa Bonin and Ursule LeBlanc; his children, Barry Bonin and Darlene Bonin Cardenas; his great grandchild Louis Blanchard; and his siblings, Leroy Bonin, Lester "Ramon" Bonin, Lucille Romero and Dorothy Terrill.
He is survived by: his children, Blair Bonin (Kim), Bryan Bonin (Sheila), Debbie Blanchard (Louie), Dolly Dupre (Mark) and Donna Quick (Mark); and his sisters, Delta Meaux and Delores Boudreaux. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great Grandchildren.
