He was predeceased by: his mother Lorraine Ruffin; and his grandparents, Louis, Picola Ruffin, Luke and Lucille Varnado.
He is survived by: his father Lamar Varnado; his wife Latosha Ruffin; his children, Xzavier, Ariel, Akhari, Lekhi, Tyree and Journei; his goddaughter Zkai Carter; and his siblings, Lanisa Ruffin, Lorrie Durham (Tashon), Lanor Keys, Lindsay Navarre (Jarnard), Lamiel Varnado and Sharday Varnado. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and devoted family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home (230 S Hollywood Rd, Houma, LA 70364). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the New Rising Sun Baptist Church (230 St Charles St, Houma, LA 70360).
