He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Verret, Jr. and Rita Mae Francis Verret; and his siblings, Julius Verret III, Rene Verret and Dawn Ann Verret.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jesikah Verret, Miranda Everett and Kimberly Weaver (Neil); his grandchildren, Marley, Madison Everett, James-Neil Weaver, Jr. and Sawyer Weaver; his sisters, Eleanor "Ella" Lovell and Maida Hermann; his nieces and nephews, Shannon Moseley (Jeff), Sian Guidry (Donald) and William Bowman (Riana); his godmother Ediana Verret; his pet Buster; and his caregivers, Donnie and Julie.
In lieu of flowers, blood donations can be made at Terrebonne General and Ochsner's New Orleans in Kimple's name and memory.
