He was predeceased by: his brother Kenneth Garner, Jr.; and his grandparents, Emilie W. Lee and Sylvester Ruffin. He is survived by: his parents, Montez Ruffin (Darrell) of Washington and Kenneth Garner (Rhonda); his siblings, Kentrell Garner, Kenneth Lawson, Desmond Young, Jakeyah Bolden, Kenisha and Destiny Young; and his grandparents, Bertha Monic (Alvin) and Andrew Garner. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
