He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Ragsdale and Arline Hopewell Ragsdale; his children, Lora Lee Ragsdale Marks and Kenneth "Kenny" Lee Ragsdale, Jr.; his grandson Cory Lee Ragsdale; and his nephew David Lee Fenton.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann "Trich" Neuling Ragsdale; his children-in-law, Fred R. Marks and Regina "Gina" Voisin Ragsdale; his niece June E. Fenton; his grandchildren, Heather Lee Chauvin Bascle (John), Kenneth Lee Ragsdale III (Wanda Lee) and Brian J. Marks (Stacy); his great grandchildren, Caroline, Carson, Carter, Brennan, Sumner, Addison and Aidyn; and his godchildren, Terrie Davis, Randy Davis-Lirette and Vicky Daisy. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and a host of friends.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic; local and CDC regulations require facemask and proper social distancing while attending funeral services.
