He was predeceased by: his wife Paula Marie Ledet; his son David Michael Ledet; and his parents, Maurice Joseph and Pearl Marie Verdin Ledet. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth John Ledet (Kimberly), Michael Joseph Ledet, James Raymond Shaw, Jr. (Rhonda) and Raquel Ledet Riddle (Lloyd); his sister Dolores Ledet Presgrove (Allan); his grandchildren, Maddy Shaw, Stephen Shaw, Miranda Rodrigue, Marigny Willie (Dustin) and Gavin Ledet; and his great grandchildren, William Holton, Jude Muscarello and Aubrey Willie.
