She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Jr. and Emelda J. Cross; her sisters, Ruth C. Gray, Brunetta C. Stevenson and Virginia C. Nevarez; and her grandparents, Earl Sr., Zenobia Johnson and Robert Cross Sr..

She is survived by: her children, Lamar Bowens, Lucretia B. Thomas and Larbia Bowens; her siblings, Robert Cross III, Quenson Cross Sr. and Edna Cosey; and her godchild Janel Gray. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
