She is survived by: her husband Calvin Short; her children, Nikki Theriot-Allen (Nolan), Shanell Granger and Nicholas Short (Laurae Hicks); her pet Gizmo Short; her mother Geraldine Ellis Theriot; her siblings, Sheila Theriot Miller and Craig Theriot; and her grandchildren, Tyler Morgan, Nolan Allen, IV, Isaiah Archibong and Sanaa Fuller. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
