She was predeceased by: her parents, Deaury Lirette and Dolores Acosta Lirette; her daughter Dawn Kelly; and her siblings, Terry Lirette, Darrel Lirette and Sandra Voisin.

She is survived by: her husband James Kelly; her children, Shawn Kelly (Tara), Terri Scott (Jamie) and Jamie Kelly Blanchard; her siblings, Druis Lirette (Yvonne) and Jenita Melancon (Russell); and her sister-in-law Marie Lirette.
