He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Fortenberry and Sylvia F. Boyet; and his brother Alan B. Fortenberry. He is survived by: his daughters, Gizelle Rau, Olivia Fortenberry and Tiffany Womack; his grandchildren, Kurden, Greyson Liner, Hazel Rau, Jonathan, Charlotte, Josephine and Mathew Womack; his brother Andy Fortenberry (Julie); and his nephews, Paul, Blake and John Fortenberry.
