He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie A. McCormick and Robeline H. McCormick; his son-in-law Craig Tastet; and his siblings, Terrell Ross McCormick, Thomas Joe McCormick and Joyce Nell Steelman.
He is survived by: his wife Danita Franklin McCormick; and his children, Johnathan (Terese), Benjamin McCormick (Betsy) and Kristi D. McCormick (Craig Tastet). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
