He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Steigner and Regina Steigner; his wife Sharon Honeycutt Steigner; his sons, John (Julie), Mike (Claire), Patrick (Sarah) and Jason; his grandchildren, Loraine, Oliver, Liam, Gwen, Sebastian, Ethan and Caroline Steigner; his sisters, Barbara Bland and Sally Duckett; the mother of his children Milly Dampeer; and his stepsons, Bruce Ryland (Leigha) and Clint Ryland. He was also cherished by five step grandchildren.
