He was predeceased by: his parents, Fildon Rodriguez and Olivia Rodriguez. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia "Maureen" Dauzat Rodriguez; and his grandchildren, Leslie Pittman and Brian Pittman. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
