It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Wade Bowie of Houma, Louisiana, born in Thibodaux, Louisiana, who passed away on July 3, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Leo Bowie and Elizabeth "Betty" Hoffmann Bowie. He is survived by: his family Tina Rogers Bowie; his children, Emily Bowie Savoie (Jonathan), Blake Bowie (Morgan Berthelot) and Brock Bowie; his granddaughter Vivian Savoie; and his siblings, James "Jim" Bowie (Mona) and Jean Durocher (Phil).
