He was predeceased by: his father E. David Bolduc. He is survived by: his wife Amy Hebert Bolduc; his children, Scott John Bolduc, Madeline and Natalie Bolduc of Houma, LA; his mother Catherine Fasulo Bolduc; his siblings, Michael Bolduc (Pam), Patrick Bolduc (Savannah), Scott Bolduc and Andrea Reilly; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Hebert (Kim), Louis Hebert (Kate), David Hebert (Terri) and Ellen Blanchard (Bill). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
