She is survived by: her husband Apostle Kerry Collins Alvis, Sr.; her children, Kerry Collis Alvis, Jr., Tonya Alvis Willis (Jermaine Willis) and Natasha Collins Alvis; her brothers, Nathaniel, Robert and Theordore Green; her aunt Charlotte Riley Shephard; her uncle Henry Riley; her siblings, Samuel Green, Sr., John Wayne Green, Beatrice Miller and Gustavia Charles; and her granddaughter Zaila Oneal. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and godchildren.
