With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jesse Brown Sr. of Houma, Louisiana, who passed away on June 20, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Lucille Carvin Brown; his parents, Louis Brown and Alice Ringo Brown; and his siblings, Lawrence Brown, Sr., Gladys Edwards, Bertha Charleston and Ora Mae Brown.

He is survived by: his children, Jesse Brown, Jr., Faye B. Westley (Charles), Stephanie B. Johnson (Frank, Sr.) and Sherita B. Granger (Anthony, Sr.); and his brother Clarence Brown. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
