He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Buquet Sr. and Ida Delaune Buquet; his brother Harry Buquet Jr.; his niece Susan M. Pellegrin; his grandparents, Sidney Joseph Buquet Sr., Maria Marcel Buquet and Lillian Delaune; and his nieces and nephews, Harry Buquet Jr. and Buffy Buquet.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Gregoire Buquet; his daughter Rose Marie Buquet; his grandchildren, Rebecca Buquet, Robin, Ronald and Renae; his siblings, Ida Ann Venture (Jose), Kenneth Buquet (Tammy), Susan Buquet Pellegrin (Justilian Pellegrin) and Herbert Fitch; and his goddaughters, Lillie Chaisson (Andy Chaisson), Virginia Pellegrin Molina (Richard Molina), Mary Ann B. LeBouef, Elizabeth Verdin and Vickie Gregoire. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
