He was predeceased by: his father Earl Duplantis; his brother Kenneth Paul Duplantis; his grandparents, Joseph, Edith Duplantis, Julian and Sedona Boudreaux; and his mother-in-law L. J. Dupre.
He is survived by: his wife Justine Duplantis; his daughter Joy Duplantis; his grandsons, Keaton Martin and Payton Martin; his mother Rose Duplantis; his siblings, Terri Hadaway, Joanne Duplantis, Troy Duplantis and Ray Duplantis; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Dupre (Jackie) and David Dupre (Tina).
