He was predeceased by: his father A. J. "Tut" Luke III; and his grandparents, Albert Joseph Luke, Jr., Lois Hebert Luke, Whitney Joseph Naquin, Sr. and Sylvia Lirette Naquin.
He is survived by: his wife Jamie Cormier Luke; his children, Ashley Bunch, Julie Luke, Jaycee Luke and Ethan Luke; his mother Amy Naquin Luke; his brother John Luke (Jennifer); his niece Caitlin Luke; and his nephew Seth Luke.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Terrebonne High School Crimson Pride Marching Band in Jason's name and memory.
