With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet Lapeyrouse of Houma, Louisiana, born in Montegut, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 11, 2024 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her husband Eris Lapeyrouse; her parents, Willard Lajaunie Sr. and Eugenie Brunet Lajaunie; her children, Alvin Lapeyrouse and Dana Lapeyrouse Belanger; and her siblings, Willard Lajaunie Jr., Randall Lajaunie and Shirley Lajaunie Gautreaux (Camille).
She is survived by: her son Eric Lapeyrouse (Lisa); her grandchildren, Joshua Lapeyrouse (Brittney), Seth Lapeyrouse, Sean Lapeyrouse (Courtney), Celeste Lapeyrouse Hebert (Alec), Jacob Lapeyrouse (Julia), Caleb Lapeyrouse, Dylan Lennep, Derek Lennep, Brittany Lapeyrouse and Ashley Lapeyrouse; and her sisters-in-law, Kathy Lajaunie and Glenda Lajaunie. She is also survived by many loving great grandchildren.
