He was predeceased by: his wife Eva Lirette Ratcliff; his parents, James Edgar Ratcliff and Eunice Sanders Ratcliff; his siblings, Frankie Clark, Haynes Ratcliff and Mitchell Ratcliff; his son-in-law Michael LeBlanc; and his grandson Jake Ratcliff.
He is survived by: his children, Billie LeBlanc, Betty Babin (Leroy), Bobby Ratcliff (Patty) and Johnny Ratcliff (Debra); his grandchildren, Dayla Buquet (Greg), Lee Babin (Haejin), Kelli Naquin (Joshua), Misty Richard (Lance), Bobby Ratcliff III (Summer), Brad Ratcliff and Dylan Ratcliff (Jamie); and his sisters, Shirley Blair and Camille Daniels. He is also survived by many loving great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
