He is survived by: his wife Loretta Puckett; his daughter Amy Puckett (Bryce Vowan); his sisters, Dannette Crappel and Jetta Kyzar (John); his father-in-law Francis Toups Sr.; and also Sassy Ann. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, sister and brother.
