He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Bolo" C. Harris, Sr. and Beatrice T. Harris; his sister Louise H. T. Parker; his grandparents, Charles Harris, Josephine James, Richard and Millie Thomas; his nephew Eric D. Robinson; and his niece Tiffany T. Pledger.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce T. Harris; his children, Melinda M. Casson, Darrel Butler, Patrick, Craig (Renee), Corey (Kema) and Arnold Harris (Nichole); and his sisters, Dolores H. Desselle and Pearl M. Harris. He is also survived by five granddaughters; four grandsons; a great-grandson.
Visitation and funeral services will be observed on Saturday, October 1, 2022, from 9:00AM until funeral time at 11:00AM at Jones Funeral Home 230 S. Hollywood Rd., Houma, LA 70360. (All visitors are asked to adhere to the CDC local regulations by wearing masks and practicing social distancing.).
