He is survived by: his wife Glenda Bailey Harper; and his daughters, Paige Roddy (Kenneth), Shannon Pitre (Brennan), Jere Sue Rayburn (Doug), Jamie Henry (Norman), Pamela Harper and Sandra Harper. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
