She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Joseph Jaccuzzo and Dorothy Catherine Melancon; her son-in-law Percy Robichaux; her siblings, John, Robert, Ronald "Micky" Jaccuzzo, Katherine J. Milan and Joann J. Thibodeaux; and her grandsons, Todd and Scott Robichaux.
She is survived by: her children, Leonard S. Summers Jr. (Ann) and Cynthia "Cindy" Robichaux; her sister Dolores J. Nicoladis; her grandchildren, Nicole R. Seal (Rowland), Brian C. Robichaux (Kaci), Vicki L. Summers, Melissa S. Karhoff (Tom) and Ryan A. Summers; her granddaughter-in-law Mary Robichaux; her great grandchildren, Brooke, Brittany, Ashley, Hunter, Michael, Kassidy, Kaden, Kadence and Karson; and her godson Timmy Nicoladis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
