He was predeceased by: his parents, Elie Paul Deroche and Nora Founier Deroche; his sisters, Thelma, Myrtle, Audrey, Melva and Rhea; his grandson David Carlos; his son-in-law Steven Deroche; and his pet Crochet.

He is survived by: his children, Ivy Jr. (Katherine), Susan (Wayne), Diane and Patricia; and his sister Marlene Cenac (Nolan). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
