He is survived by: his wife Shirley Henry Hebert; his children, Myra White (Flint), Craig Hebert (Mona), Denise Falgout (Matt) and Jonathan Hebert (Holly); his mother Lois Chauvin Plake (Charles); his grandchildren, Joshua White (Jennifer), Brittany Ellender (Dylan), Jacob Hebert, Nyla Falgout, Mckoy Falgout, Madison Hebert, Olivia Hebert and Preston Hebert; his great grandchild Grayson Alexander Ellender; his siblings, Evelyn LeBoeuf (Leroy), Robert Hebert (Marlene) and Errol Hebert (Janet); and his sister-in-law Janice Hebert. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
