He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Basilio Juan, Ivan Hulu William, Michael Brian Wishburne, Virginia Rose Garcia, Vanessa Janet Washburne, Debbie Katheryn Washburne and Maribelle Washburne Rebstock; his brother Paul Ivan Washburn; and his former wife Rose Garcia. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
