With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Chauvin (Houma, Louisiana), born in Scott, Louisiana, who passed away on May 4, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Earl J. Chauvin of Houma; her parents, Lucien Domingue and Mathilde Hebert Domingue of Scott; and her brother Emery Domingue of Lafayette. She is survived by: her children, Thomas J. Chauvin (Charlene) of Houma, Mary C. Kramer of Lafayette and Carole C. O'Hara (Dennis) of Cullman; her sister-in-law Emery Domingue (Bea) of Lafayette; her nephews, Dave, Kevin Domingue of Lafayette and Cal Domingue of San Francisco, CA.; and also, Christopher LaCour (Laurie) of Alexandria, Jamie Chauvin (Kristen) of Thibodaux, Jason Chauvin (Amanda) of Baton Rouge, Eric Chauvin, Molly Ann O'Hara and Dennis "Bubber" O'Hara of Cullman.
