He was predeceased by: his parents, Camille Wallace Billiot and Mary Ezima "Ismay" Parfait Billiot; his adoptive daughter Tiffany Billiot; his siblings, Junius Howard Billiot, Josephine Parfait and Leona Sevin; his stepbrother Willie Billiot; and his mother-in-law Gertie Pierre.
He is survived by: his children, Neil, Harry (Brittany), Jonathan (Kelly) and Jamie (Chasity); his former wife Peggy Verdin; his siblings, Paul, Jessie, Phillip, Norman, Gloria Pierre, Helen "Evelina" Hubbard, Linda Fitch, Laura Kingen and Priscilla LaCoste; and his stepsister May Gregoire. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and eight bonus grandchildren.
