He is survived by: his daughters, Bridget Mulkey (Wayne), Dana Lagarde (Larry) and Casie Carlos; his stepchildren, Lisa Cunningham, Sandy Walker and Chad Cunningham; his siblings, James "Jimmy" Carlos and Judy Carlos Rutledge; his grandchildren, Heather Rasberry, Jason Mulkey, Mitchel Mulkey, Jena Taylor, Peyton Taylor, Alayna Guidry and Kyler Guidry; and his great grandchild Adrian Hanks.
