He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Boudloche Breaux; his daughter-in-law Tammy Pitre Breaux; his parents, Rene Breaux Sr. and Elida Babin Breaux; and his brothers, Nolan Breaux, Norman "Tutty" Breaux, Carroll Breaux and Rene Breaux Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Lori Breaux Boudreaux (Chris), Harold Breaux Jr., Mark Breaux and Dena Breaux; his sisters, Margie Carrere, Mary Voisin, Irene Broussard, Lydia Frisella and Irma Breaux; his grandchildren, Kandice Boudreaux Robinson, Kent Boudreaux and Kristen Breaux; and his great grandchild Korbin Robinson.
