He was predeceased by: his son Harlan Joseph "Lil'Chippy" Rhodes III; his parents, Harlan Joseph Rhodes Sr. and Annie Rumore Rhodes; and his sisters, Joan Rhodes Hebert Ferguson and Rosemary Rhodes "Cookie" Esteve.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brandie Rhodes (Gina), Bridget Rhodes Pitts (Thomas) and Sarah Rhodes Freed (Cody); his grandchildren, Gabby, Kaleb, Drew, Rylan, Myla and Sawyer; his brother Nicholas "Nicki" Rhodes (Missy); and his godson Nicholas "Lil'Nicki" Rhodes. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Temple of Praise Church in Chippy's name and memory.
