He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Hebert and Myrtle Adams Hebert; his siblings, Louis "Pudge" Hebert and Mary Jane Hebert; his mother-in-law Ducia Blanchard Falgout; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Falgout and Barry Aucoin, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Linda Falgout Hebert; his children, Hardy Paul Hebert and Julia Hebert; and his siblings-in-law, Charlene Aucoin, Gayle Falgout, Gaynell Harwell (Charlie) and Sonny Falgout (Sue). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Lung Association or American Cancer Society for research.
