He was predeceased by: his siblings, James Jenkins, Marie Sims and Valeria Jenkins; and his grandparents, Clark, Louise Brown, Emmanuel Jenkins, Sr. and Gregory.
He is survived by: his wife Robindell Matthews Jenkins; his sons, Reginald Matthews, Henry Harper, Domanick Harper, William Scott and Wendell Scott, Sr.; and his siblings, George Jenkins, Cedric Jenkins (Mary), Clayton Jenkins (Rachel) and JC Jenkins (Brenda Jenkins). He is also survived by thirty-one grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
