It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gracie Ann Bias Charles (Houma, Louisiana), born in Morgan City, Louisiana, who passed away on April 13, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Morris Lee Charles Sr.; and her parents, Claiborne D. Bias, Sr. and Helen M. Jupiter Bias. She is survived by: her sons, Morris Charles Jr (Veronica) and Ronald D. Charles; her stepson Warren Boyd; and her daughters, Jacqueline Jupiter (Nathaniel), Bridget Young (Jerome), Karen M. Charles, Aaliyah Charles and Sabrina McClendon (Kyle). She is also survived by 11 brothers; an uncle; 33 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
