He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Picou McGuin; and his brother-in-law Graham Douglas. He is survived by: his children, Marcus Byrd, Christopher Byrd, Kimberly Byrd and Marchaun Byrd; his siblings, Sybil Douglas, Steve Picou and Schwanda McGuin; his grandchild Zaria Sylvester; and his siblings, Samson Williams, Jr., Zariyon Price and Xyla Williams.
