She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence and Whitney Guidry Sr.; her son Tony Paul Parfait Jr.; and her grandchildren, Sierra Marie Parfait and Zayne Atkins.

She is survived by: her former husband Tony Parfait Sr.; and her children, Tammy Osornio (Gabriel) and Robert Atkins.
