He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Raymond, Sr. and Delores Parker; and his grandparents, Sylvester and Viola Parker. He is survived by: his wife Angie Mitchell Parker; his stepmother Mary Hawkins Parker; and his siblings, William, Bryan, Tommie Parker, Philip, Ronald Hawkins, Pauline Allen, Ophelia Hawkins (Cookie), Lorie Parker and Barbara Williams. He is also survived by children; thirteen grandchildren; one great grandchild.
