She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Davis Sr. and Georgiana Woods McKinley; her grandparents, Benjamin Davis Sr., Bertha Aitch, Ben Woods and Sylvia Stewart; and her siblings, Albert Davis and Zelda M. Green.

She is survived by: her children, Edith Carson and Troy Davis (Andria); and her siblings, Elmer Davis Jr. (Cheryl), Herman Davis, Arthur McKinley Jr., Lucinda Broussard and Betty Dottery (Aaron). She is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
