He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Parfait Buquet; his children, Vesta Maronge, Gene Buquet Jr. (Christen), Phillip Maronge (Crystlyn), Jessica Barker (Jim) and Philip Schexnayder (Jenna); his sister Leslie Fedele; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Keith, Kizer, Ian, Taylor, Zaine, Zandin, Jaxen and Ezra; and his father-in-law Nolan "Pete" Parfait.
