He was predeceased by: his parents, Reynold Raymond Hebert and Theresa "Therese" Faucheaux Hebert; his siblings, Neal Anthony Hebert, Barry Joseph Hebert and Linda Ann Hebert; and his grandparents, John Ezra Faucheaux, Sr., Ophelia "Tibby" Giroir Faucheaux, Norie Edis Hebert and Alvish Hebert.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Ashley T. Forsyth (John) and Amber T. Gruda (Seth); his sisters, Pamela Fahey (Tracy) and Janis Mary Hebert; his stepgrandchildren, Luke Forsyth and Rowan Forsyth; his niece Kelly Dagenhardt Viar (Josh); his nephew Kristopher Dagenhardt (Hope); his great-nephew Lukas Viar; his pets, Barney and Madden; and also, Lucy Viar and Elise Fahey.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chauvin Funeral Home and Crematory (5899 LA-311, Houma, LA 70360). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
