He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Mae Marcelle and Melvin Kelly; and his daughter Chloe Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Katie (Trung), Chansen and Cavern; the parents of children, Tina, Chad and Kayla; his siblings, Melvin Jr., Patsy, Paula and Charlie James; and also Mary. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
