He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezekiel, Sr. Johnson and Ellen Reed Johnson; and his brother E. J. Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Laumua Sale Johnson; his daughters, Tasi Boutte (Terrence), Meavale Anderson (Carl), Feiteai Harrell (Herbert) and Leaha Ellen Johnson; and his sister Diana J. Chapman (Robert). He is also survived by one niece; one nephew; and a host of other relatives and friends.
