She was predeceased by: her son Trevin Wendell Meads; her parents, Rayfield O'Quinn and Rosemary Tuniors O'Quinn; her siblings, Leroy O'Quinn, Sr., Raymond, Morris, Willie O'Quinn, Louvenia Toussaint Stokes and Daisy Cooks; and her grandmother Daisy H. Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Meads, Jr., John Meads, Alvin Kelly, Jr., Rontrell Kelly (Frederica), Alicia Duncan (Maurice), Chanda Meads and Shana Kelly; her goddaughter Marleen Cooks; and her friends, Jean Thomas, Nathaniel Monroe and Gregory Brown. She is also survived by grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
